Our table olives are hand-picked, washed and naturally cured in a brine solution of salt and rainwater.
The process takes a minimum of 6 weeks at the correct pH level before they are ready for the table.
Most imported supermarket olives are quickly cured by chemical means, often with caustic or lye, and they are chemically coloured or dyed.
Natural curing will often result in mottled and brownish olives which may not be quite as attractive, but they are natural and taste fantastic.
No artificial colouring, additives or preservatives.
