We offer a creative  menu in our small and personal Cafe that celebrates the culinary uses of fine extra virgin olive oil.
The menu changes weekly and features modern interpretations as well as some of the classic dishes of an Italian Trattoria.

What is Bruschetta ?

Grilled bread seasoned with garlic and olive oil, commonly served as an appetizer, snack or side dish. The name comes from the Italian word "Bruscare" (to roast over coals). Grilling a thick slice of a country style bread, drizzling it with fresh olive oil and topping with a variety of vegetables, meats, cheeses and dips is the perfect way to appreciate the taste of fresh extra virgin olive oil.
